My stay at the Royal Ambarrukmo was truly a mixed experience. The rooms were so good and the pool view was stunning, completed with great facilities, especially the exceptionally large and comfortable bed. However, the cost seemed a bit higher than expected. The rooms were very spacious, clean, with an incredibly comfortable bed and pillows, and a spacious balcony to enjoy.
My stay at the hotel was like stepping back in time when hotels in Indonesia used to provide a variety of snacks and drinks, complete with a wide selection of TV channels. The room was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable, giving me an immaculate experience throughout the entire hotel.
I had a pleasant stay at this hotel with neat and relatively clean rooms. The service was excellent, especially from the reception team members Jovin and Vina. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. However, some staff members seemed less friendly than others. The location was superb, surrounded by lush greens, offering a temporary escape from the city traffic, and conveniently placed next to Ambarrukmo Plaza Mall. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a wide variety of colorful and delicious dishes. The facilities were well-prepared and provided for an enjoyable stay.
The hotel is conveniently located near a shopping mall where you can find various food options at your doorstep. The rooms, although not very spacious, come with nice balconies that can add to the enjoyment if you get a room with a nice view. The service was attentive and friendly, but some recommendations were not ideal due to early closure.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and faced the beautiful Keraton, yet a bit noisy due to the street and car park nearby. The service was top-notch, accommodating all our requests. The location was excellent, near historic sites and a shopping mall for added convenience. Dining offered a real taste of Indonesia, with a wide selection of local dishes. However, there were some issues with the early closure of a recommended place and noise from the surroundings.
